During 2012 a draft gazette issued by AP Government notifying the minimum wages for contract workers. Some of the categories such as Light Vehicle Driver, Medium Vehicle Driver, Heavy Vehicle Driver not found in the final gazette. Is it separated and given an order, if so a copy the same. I have seen one, wherein data operators, drivers etc given separately. Is it OK. Pl. respond.

Hellow Mr Ragunath,

One clarification need to be fulfilled.

ESI exempted allowance like washing allowance. Quantam of amount to be paid is in question. How much amount may be paid once in two months or monthly. Any percentage on basic or gross salary to be maintained or not. Shall we pay Rs.1000/- per month.

Needs your advise. Any judgement etc for reference.

How much labourer do you want engage, first u have to register as a principal employer, now u can register online through Labour department portal. As per latest Amendment no registration/ License required up to 50 Labourer.

If we could expect HR Analytics, MIS upto Revenue or Budget to Actuals Ratio, etc., comparative Salaries being paid in current market (may be in whatsapp without mentioning company name), in your site or via your whatsapp group.
It is unavoidable fact that often some vacancies are not disclosed / advertised but hired on references. Hence, it would be useful to candidates too if your site / whatsapp enable them to link to us and get benefited.
